Middleton Place Bed & Breakfast / Antique Store

When you walk into Middleton Place you can tell you have discovered something special. There are loving touches everywhere, and lots of antiques. Their inventory includes a variety of glassware, and victorian and primitive furniture. Mary Middleton's love of antiques has fueled her search of some way to creatively display and sell her many treasures. When her husband Ray found a great house in a good location, their search was over. The home has many historic features such as ornate fireplaces and intricate woodwork. It would also work well as a bed and breakfast, which was another part of Mary's dream.
 Of course the house needed some work, which ended up costing twice as much as expected. The Middletons replaced the electric and plumbing, while adding central air and heat.
 The bed and breakfast features two large guestrooms. The Simpson room has a private bath, queen bed, refrigerator, microwave and private entrance. The Melton room has twin beds, cozy fireplace and bath in the hallway. Guests are welcome to use the large back deck or front porch for reading or relaxing. Each room has a telephone, television and there is internet access. .

Antique store hours are Wed-Sat 10:00-6:00 and Sunday 2:00-5:00.
